This donation will go to a very specific circumstance at the donor's request, and you must have a child with special needs in order to apply. The gift is undisclosed to applicants, so that their answers to the questions asked on the application form will help to search out and find the perfect recipients. Two recipients will be selected to receive this thoughtful gift to help their children in need of it.
To enter, fill out this form completely {edit: link removed, because this donation has ended}. This donation will run for as long as necessary until the perfect families are found (it's pretty specific, so we're not sure how long this will actually take!).
Anytime a business or private donor would like to donate BRAND NEW curriculum, books, or school supplies, and meets ALL of the following criteria, this blog can serve you in your efforts:
- if you wish to give to a specific need by an application process.
- if you wish to pay for the full amount of shipping costs, to make the donation COMPLETELY FREE to the recipient.
- if you wish to either ship from your own home, OR if you wish to ship the items to an authorized HSCFFS distribution center for redistribution.
- AND if the items you are giving away are completely NEW and UNOPENED/UNUSED. "Like New" condition is sometimes accepted.
